Whether your company uses timeclock, timesheet, salaried, or commissioned types, Auto Payroll can automate your payroll task in-house. It has a built-in Timeclock and true Timesheet. Users only need to record the employees’ daily work hours. When pay day comes, Auto Payroll can process and print paychecks for all employees at the same time with a few clicks. Auto Payroll calculates Social Security, Medicare, and federal, state, and local tax withholdings. It generates forms W-2, W-3, 1099-Misc, and 1096. The software also prepares forms 941, 940-EZ, and 940 automatically. Users only need to enter the total amount deposited for the quarter for 941 or the total FUTA amount deposited for the year for 940-EZ, and then generate and print the form. Auto Payroll generates up-to-the minute payroll tax liabilities, labor expenses, time and attendance reports. This software handles all pay periods, hourly, salaried, commissioned, non-employee workers, user-defined deduction and income categories.
